Hello everyone,
I have a Dell 15R 7520 for a while now and it always worked great until a few days back it started giving me a blue screen error "DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE". After that it would sometimes got stuck on the dell splash screen but a quick reset would make it boot again normally. I updated all the drivers I could find to see if it would get better but didnt work.
This problem was getting worse and worse until one day I got another blue screen error "CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED". After that it rarelly boots and usually just stay stuck on the Dell splash screen. Also when booting it does a lot of beeping sounds (more than 4) and something that seems like HD or disc reading (that is no disk inserted)
I have already tried a few thing from this forum:
* Unplug all power sources and battery, hold down the power button and reboot.
* Change a BIOS setting from SMART Intel Boot (something like that) to AHCI and then back.
* Reseat the memory
But its getting really hard to retry anything because when its stuck in the splash screen i can`t even access the BIOS.
I would really appreciate any help =D
