How to update bios without being able yo boot due to heating issues.

Hello everyone, I have a Dell 5548 it has been acting weird after a windows update.
The laptop stays on as long as I stay in login screen, after entering the password, few minutes later the laptop turns off and restarts, I too the cover off and felt the heatsink and it's very got, the fan kicks in when laptop is powered on, and turns off 10 seconds later and turns on just seconds before the laptop shuts off.

Is there any way to update bios without being able to completely boot to test if this fixes my issues?.
Also I cannot boot to any safe mode, I get stuck at Dell logo screen.
