hello
since long time I have not bought laptop. I decided to buy one after my previous laptop has got serious failures. I bought a dell inspiron 5555 with windows 8.1 preinstalled on it and activated.
in my previous laptop , there was a windows vista home licence stuck on its back, but this new one from dell, has nothing with it at all. I saw people here talking about battery side, but I opened the battery I found nothing.
I have now 2 questions
1-in the preinstalled versions of windows, is this normal not to have a licence sticker??
2- if somewhere I am asked to show that this laptop has a legal copy of windows, how can I do this without a sticker?
