Hello,
I have a Dell XPS 17 L702X service tag <ADMIN NOTE: Service tag removed per privacy policy>. I just bought a new 9-cell battery direct from Dell. I installed it today, and it charged to only 90%. Now it says "Plugged in, not charging."
I have tried unplugging the adapter from the machine and plugging it back in, and restarting the machine, with no success.
The last BIOS update for <ADMIN NOTE: Service tag removed per privacy policy> was released in December 2013, so I know I am running the latest BIOS.
Any ideas? Thanks.
