Hi Support,
My monitor started showing only horizontal color lines and i don't see anything else on the screen. So, i had to connect to a monitor through HDMI and run diagnostic tests. On running BIST, i got an error with code 2000-0334 with validation # 3211 and msg: Video - User reported the patterns were not displayed.
Can you please advice on what steps needs to be taken to resolve display issues? I am using Dell INSPIRION N5050
