Inspiron 5570 battery/AC issue

Hi all,

    I have a Dell Inspiron 5570 (2 years old) and it often fails to power on when the battery is installed. Here is what I have found so far:

• When the battery is removed, it powers on all the time.
• I got a new battery direct from Dell to replace the previous one, but the issue persists.
• The issue still occurs even when the AC adapter is not plugged into the laptop.
• I have already tried flushing the power (remove battery and disconnect AC adapter and hold down power button for a minute).
