Hello, I just changed my laptop that i used for 6 years to Dell Inspiron 15 5667. At first my audio isnt working and i sent it back to the company that i bought it from and they fixed that for me. But now, after around one month, while i travel to another country for my studies, my laptop sometimes freezes or i dont know what do u call it, the screen freezes at that moment and the mouse, keyboard is not responding too. I have to make a hard restart to solve this problem, any idea what is happening ?
