AC power adapter problem in dell inspiron n5110 - screen inside

Hello!

I've problem with my dell inspiration n5110 laptop. At the beginning there was sometimes a screen like below, but now I've it on every turn on. I haven't changed anything in BIOS, so it could be the power adapter problem? Which one should I buy to test it?

I have all original parts in my laptop.

I'm little surprised about this 130W Adapter. Could I buy dell adapter with params 19,5V 4,62A 90W or should I look at the 130W?
