Hi, i have dell 15r 5537 and it shows during startup "Battery has experienced permanent failure" but attaching AC adapter my battery level shows 100% fully charges. i already update the bios and as per Dell SupportAssis application the battery shows "PASSED". anyone can help me to fix this problem. thanks
