Fn + Cursors remapping

Hi Guys,

I find it very annoying that I have to press Fn key + Cursor to achieve for example PgUp.

Is it possible to also have Right Ctrl + Cursor to achieve same effect, so I can have left hand free to do other things?

I have latest XPS 13
